Headquarters designed in the spirit of its products’ colors

The first phase of Keurig Dr Pepper’s new headquarters, located in the Mile Ex district, was just completed. Spread over three floors, the office layout combines flexible workstations, wellness-focused amenities, and abundant natural light, providing a functional and efficient environment for its occupants.

The project features numerous collaborative spaces, including cafés connected by a staircase symbolizing the brand’s effervescence, fostering interaction and smooth circulation throughout the premises.

This achievement was carried out in close collaboration with all stakeholders and the client’s subcontractors, whose installations had to be integrated according to strict schedules. Careful planning and continuous coordination allowed certain areas to be delivered in phases, ensuring adherence to timelines and high-quality execution.

We are currently working on the second phase of the project, aimed at completing and optimizing the remaining spaces to fully meet the client’s needs.
